I’m having this issue with them now it’s been like that since February 10, 2020
@Bob Lyle, Typically it does not take that long for a package to be updated. What your next step should be is to either contact our facility by phone or walk in between the hours of 8:30-5:00 PM. Or 9:00-2:00 PM. Hopefully you have an update by now but if not then again, that would be the next step.
