This place isn't reliable in their operating hours! Their schedules says they close at 5pm and they close 10-15 minutes before 5. I think that's pretty ridiculous! I demand better customer service! I been coming here for couple of months and I'm tired of it, if this company can't fix such hours then I'll take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!

El Monte Ice Co sold me real ice instead of dry ice, even though the bags labeled as dry ice and I asked them specifically I needed dry ice before making the purchase. The ice destroyed all 3 of my shipments with a total value over $320. The shipping company did not even want to continue to ship my shipments because all packaging were damaged by water melted from ice. I already sealed with extra plastic bags before shipping in case of the worst thing might happen but it still had happened. And I spent hours and hours to communicate with the shipping company to try to get the contents back and to explain to the customers the issues. So, El Monte Ice Co did not sell me dry ice; they had sold me real ice. 1 full bag of dry ice won't make 1 full bag of water after it melts. No more El Monte Ice Co.

Cubed ice is 7 lbs 'blocked ice is 25 lbs ,dry ice is 10 lbs ,snow ice is 10 lbs those are the smallest amounts
Yes they are 8:30-5:00 7 days a week. Really nice guy helps you out!

We have dry ice for a 1.25 lb plus tax it will turn your ice boz into a freezer depending on its size for 24 to 32 hours
