The worst customer service! How can the usps hire employees ESPECIALLY RUDE SUPERVISORS! 0 sense of help or will to help. Looking at all the reviews something needs to happen! This post office is horrible !

Long lines, only one or 2 employees only. Orher staff the see the long line going out the door and dont help relieve the line. Employees on the counter 3 when i came in, 2 left seeing the big line, leaving only one on the counter. Very bad .

Stopped by early Saturday morning to drop off some prepaid packages to be delivered by Christmas. Parking can be a bit hard, but overall it wasn’t a long wait. I was in and out in less than a minute and my packages have already arrived at their destination. In the past when purchasing postage in person, Margie was always the best! Nicest lady there!

I got a package coming , and left a note on the door to let mailman drop the package to the next door neighbor since I won't be in the office. But the mailman obviously did not come near the door (I have camera show that) and left a failed delivery notice in my mail box. I went to the post office branch to pickup next day, was told the package not found and could be in re-delivery. Then I came back office waiting for the package. The mailman came drop the mail to the mailbox but didn't come to my door to delivery the package. Then I called the post office branch, was told the package is there. Irresponsible workers!

I’m having this issue with them now it’s been like that since February 10, 2020
I also placed an order on the internet and it says that item was delivered on 6/29/20. Today is 7/3/20 and have not received it as of yet and I am unable to get an answer from the post office on Elliott Street.
The issue with that is when the package arrives at the facility, in which it probably has already, then the process would then be for the facility to accept the package. What that means is whenever the clerk unloads the truck full of parcels and other mail he then stages it in an area within the post office and there it will await to be scanned. That initial scan indicates that it is has been received by our post office and will move on to the next process of its flow. The next process would be for another clerk to sort that parcel in its proper route for the carriers to take. Your package is not lost. I am an employee at this La Puente Post Office and I hope this answers your concerns as well for others.

If you pay your fees and all upfront I don't see a need to fill another form as long as you show up with whatever identification etc. your directed to arrive with to finish the process.
If you went to pickup the package they would ask for driver's license.
USPS is notoriously under staffed. It is best to drive there and ask in person or search for your answer online.

I believe You can call the post office and ask them to hold your mail at the post office and pick it up at your convenience. You would have to call them to see if that option is available in Your city.
Don't give up, usually if u call right when they open you'll get a live person or around when they come back from lunch, or right b4 they close.
My package has been saying "package acceptance pending" since June 8 .🤦🏾♀️
Most post offices require an appointment for passports..
If they left a slip... On the back there should be redelivery option... Check redelivery... Sign the slip and put it in ur mail box for the carrier
No they don't. Only the main Post Office does not the smaller branches.
I buy them online and usually receive them in 2 days.
That's probably because the carriers are still on the street, that package came on the late truck doesn't mean it will get delivered today, it's for tomorrow's delivery day. Sometimes if they have late start carriers they will get it out.😏

I was put on hold for and hour and a half,hung up on by accident,put on hold again for an hour ,left a message and never got a returned phone call. When I walked in in person the customer service worker looked at me and walked away. Apparently it was his time to "close". This office clearly doesn't care about its customers.
