Hi I have an outside cat that "adopted" us about a year ago. He is injured, looks like a broken leg and probably needs shots. Is there any financial assistance, I'm unemployed. Also when can I get a vet to see him? he is in pain

As far as know the humane society offers discounted or free immunizations as well as spay and neuter clinics a couple times a year bit I do know from past experiences the list fills up quickly

Hello Cecilia, yes they do have options for financial assistance through a third party company. You simply fill out an application form and let them know what your pet needs. They will reach out to you and let you know what if anything they can assist you with financially. Also I've always had great experiences with Highland Veterinary services on Highland off of Medical Center. Just west of Medical Center they are very affordable and also have a company that you can apply with for financial assistance. There is also a low cost Veterinarian across the street from Perris Hill Park and I've heard very good things about their services as well. I hope you're cat feels better and that anyone of the resources that you can connect with can be of some sort of service to you and your cat. Praying for healing πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ
