Hello, call their phone until they answer then set up the appointment. If you happen to be in line, the walk in list is inside the dog entrance. They have a sign that says no walk-ins today, but you can read the wall in list to see if it's full. Once you sign in, leave the phone number to reach you at and hang out in your car until they call you for paperwork then again to let you into a room
