You need to check website. They accept county vouchers for those who are financially challenged. Voucher applications atr on the San Bernardino co website. Print i int, fill out form and mail it to address on form. Once have voucher, make appointment for spay procedure and bring it on that day.

Since all feb its 20 for cats to spay n neuter can we still use our vouchers. Ugh i have 3 cats, really broke and one is in heat already 😒
