Who do I need to contact to report two German shepherds, male and female, with puppies, with no food ? Animal control don't do too much because when they call the owner they trust that the owner will feed them but in reality no one care.

I say you should take them to the animal shelter they will see if the dogs are chipped they were probably abandoned because the owners didnt know they would have puppies. If you dont wantto do that then just keep them. I rescue stray dogs i find where im at but i take them to no-kill shelters. I dont have a rescue organization yet so i cant shelter them any homes and i already own the limit of dogs at a house. Also try to catch them unless you already did.

I'm not sure. Call them and ask questions. I can't understand why people are not taking you serious. It's a shame.

Humane society

Animal protection you can call local Law in forcment. And just tell them your conerand about the animals safety.

Have you tried calling the Humane Society ?
