I would not ever go back to the Glendale DMV ever!!!! They suck their rude and I went there on 3 different occasions and every time I went I had the same horrible expiriance!!!
About 15 minutes to close they speed you out of there.
As soon as they open the doors. Less crowded and chances are the employees are in a better mood because they haven't been dealing with some colorful characters....
