I have an Audi 2002 A6 but recently it was smoking up in the engine I guess these cars where recalled for an electrical failure for the left side wiring harness what can I do?

If there was a recall, the dealership should take care of it for you at little to no cost. Call them to schedule an appointment. They will let you know what it will entail.

It will be no cost to you. However, a loaner is at the discretion of the dealership. Its not like Lexus and Infiniti that are contractually obligated ti give you a loaner. However! I must say that South Coast Audi service folks are prettu cool about loaners. So, just schedule up that appointment. :)

call the dealership and see if you can't get it serviced under the recall notice. Do you have a copy?
