No limits, just bring whatever is needed for your baby's comfort.
I have seen people going around the place in trolleys. So i think you can stay for a few hours. Also you can carry baby food with you and also there is eatery inside which is slightly on the expensive side but affordable. If there is a small kid along with the toddler there are areas which ate allocated for children in the center where has play tables and drawing material available for them to use.
We spent a few hours with my toddler. We by no means did everything. We are semi local so we will definitely be back!
