Amazing experience. Horses are well cared for and the staff are so friendly. I was lucky enough to be the only person on the trek so had a great time chatting while riding. The park is beautiful. The hour absolutely flew by and if I were to go again I'd do the longer trail ride by the beach. They were running a little behind schedule, I didn't mind at all but just to keep in mind when planning your day! Will definitely be returning if ever back in SF.

My expectations were completely blown away. Robert, and the experience he provided us, borders on the spiritual. He was gentle, caring, careful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, encouraging, loving, and professional. I've encountered few people like him in my life. I felt a genuine consideration on his part for both the horses and my and my son's safety, as well as the safety of all the others. Everyone in San Francisco would be lucky to have the kind of experience we did with Robert, Stetson, and the rest of the horses. Beyond his obvious attention to detail and love for the animals, I was struck by his ability and willingness to make this experience more than a horse ride for our kids. It wasn't that. It was a chance, for me, and I hope for others, to take a step back and reconsider how I'm engaging with nature, how I'm teaching and modeling that for my son, and how I want to live in this world. I left stunned. Truly. This place and this man, especially, are a gift.

Great experience and very educating, everyone is super nice and very accommodating. Specially Mocha,Peanut and Macy our horses. My kids cannot wait to go back!

My daughter and I have been taking lessons here for a while now and always enjoy it. The class sizes are small so we get plenty of attention and there are many horses with different personalities so you learn how to deal with different types of behavior. (All the horses used for lessons are very experienced so good for beginners too.)
