Hi. I want to buy group tickets for 28 members of my family January 5th. I see that 10:30 am is the time we should be there. That time is very hard for some of the group to be there as they are traveling quite a distance. Will 11 am work?

Hi Patricia. The Academy is used to managing large crowds. I've attended functions with large groups and seen them assist schoolbuses filled with kids, all arriving sort of the expected date (NorCal traffic being what it is ☺). I think you'll find the docents and entry staff amiable and accomodating. Have a great time and Happy NewYear!

Possible...Inform throgh mail the reason for your inability to be there by 10:30 a.m. at the same time you can pay online to confirm your ticket booking.. the issue is resolved
