As long as you have the appropriate amount of tread on the tire and the nail didn't enter on the edge or side wall they will Repair it for free.

(Puncture in shoulder, puncture in sidewall, lowest available tread depth less than 4/32 of an inch, or 3 previous repairs in the same one tire will deem the tire unsafe for a repair.) If you purchased the tire from ATC and it is deemed unsafe for repair, Said tire will be replaced 100% for free ONLY if certificates for free replacement were also purchased prior to damaged tire.
