Why would you let a customer drive off with a bad tire instead of replacing the tire before customer drove off? And why was customer not informed of bad tire while car was still in the bay?

I have shopped with this America's Tire location for over 10 years and they are very professional and have a lot of patience with customers. actually I highly recommend them. my company has about 30 vehicles and they serve me very well.
