Appointments are better but Walk INS are welcome
Both works I never made appointments when I visit. My wait time till completion ranges from 1hr to 3hrs the 4 times I had tires changed there

My experience has been that if you wish to walk in Wednesday and Thursday afternoons are the best time. If you make an appointment because they say choose early morning and make sure you're on time
