Unsure how this firm stays in business with service this poor. They provide services for the City of Portland and are unable to manage their pick up route, missing wide swaths regularly. Their customer service is also terrible, be prepared to be transferred from department to department as their phone system selections menu sends you to the wrong department nearly every time.

The lid has to be closed all the time bit if you have trash can over loaded and trash falls to the floor when dump web are not allow to get out of the truck to clean.
