My friend bought me a sweat shirt from the Disney Store there but the clerk forgot to remove the security device, how do I get this removed, I live in Hammond, Indiana and all the Disney stores here have been closed down.

Just call ahead and explain the situation is what I'd do 🤷‍♀️

Most stores, like Walmart, have the same devices. I'm sure if you bring your shirt and receipt to customer service, they would remove it for you.

You could probably look for a store that uses the same device and all them to remove it, but they might be a little suspicious.
