No grills but you can bring food and yes there's public restroom at the concession area
To have a picnic yes . However there is no grills so you would have to bring your own food they do have bathrooms as in porta potties not that I'm a fan of those but it is on 1st Street you do have businesses around you that you can go to it's a nice area to visit but there are also a lot of other locations around Nashville that are absolutely wonderful as well if you haven't tried yet they also have a walkway over by the stadium you could actually Park in the stadium parking lot when they're not playing games or practicing you could walk the bridge and also has a little playground for kids hope this answers your question hope you have a wonderful and blessed day
