No this is a free park. I park here to attend events downtown to avoid those parking fees and its good in the summertime for kids and adults. They do concerts on the pavilion and there's a water park for kids.
Cumberland Park is a free city park. It's nice and pretty clean. Enjoy

The park is free unless you are attending a specific event that you need to pay for. For example, normal visits and Jazz on the Cumberland are free, but an event like SuperCoolFunFest required a ticket for entry.
No this is a free park. Parking can get pricey during events
I'm not sure.. My fiance and I went at night and no one was there. I saw a ticket booth but it might be for the inside of the building
