I love it here. Theres always something new to be discovered… and beautiful in all seasons.

What a great property. It's quite vast and has a variety of walking/hiking paths, paved and unpaved. We had a little trouble finding the best place to park for trail access. I would recommend starting from the Belle Meade road entrance. We hiked to the pinnacle (Luke Lea Heights Scenic Overlook), worth it. You can see the outline of downtown on the horizon.

This is an amazing place to escape the city and busy life. The paved 5.8 mile trail is awesome for zoning out and just moving. You don't have to worry about tripping or rocks. This inside trails are amazing for challenging yourself with uneven terrain. I love visiting this park. Keep an eye out for deer, woodpeckers, owls, squirrels, chipmunks, and more.

Absolutely gorgeous park with tons of hiking trails. Lots of incline so it’s a really good workout. Some of the dirt trails in the woods are pretty narrow so can be a little difficult with dogs. Also some areas are muddy so if you bring pets make sure to bring towels so you can clean them before they get in your car! I got super lost as there’s not much signage telling you how to get back to parking lot so recommend you ping your parking location in maps.

I'd say so. It probably depends on which part of the park you choose. There might be slower foot traffic and children the closer you are to the nature/visitors center. The trails are all well maintained, but some may not be ideal from running. You should definitely give it a visit and see for yourself!
I'm pretty sure when take a right onto old hickory from hwy 100 then take a right onto Vaughn road it's off that street. Not 100% sure though
Number 3 is good place as well.
No. Strictly day use only. They may still permit overnight camping for groups such as the Boy Scouts, but I have not seen this for a long time.
Yes, some of the roads allow for cars. They are one way and single lane so be sure to pay attention to which way you go.
Two rivers campground in Nashville is the best around!
No. But there are a number of open spaces.
