Nice park - visited for the cherry blossom festival April 2022 … parking looked tricky but once we got into the underground park it was easy to find a space $15 flare rate event parking.

Lots of history info to learn in a fun way by reading all the signs. Safe area, and numerous places to sit and relax (some nicely shaded). Very easy to recommend a stop here. Enjoy!
