First rate instruction and great training. The team is very cohesive and everyone helps each other, which is really valuable when you're starting out. Our Coach is a competing pro, an expert with great insight, who encourages students to work toward their goals, be they personal or competitive. Plenty of opportunity for sparring, practice and working out. Couldn't have found a better place for Muay Thai!
