If she came to your organization do you have a lawyer who can go with her or meet her there at USCIS center?. She has a hard time finding one where she lives who is competent enough. She needs one because they are forcing her to take the test when her Physician had sent hem her waiver form. She is legally blind?. They know it but are telling her otherwise?.
Any immegration lawyer will. Actually is better if goes without one.
