Where does it pickup in the airport?

The floor of the bottom, the floor of arrivals, from 1, 2 and 3. Follow the signs for airporters crossing the street of the pick up and drop off, the marin airporter stops at the green/white color lines on the curb.

There's a pickup point for the airporters at each terminal. It starts at International (left end of the second curb) then goes to 1, 2 and 3 before leaving the airport. Look for the doors to the outside in the baggage claim area and follow signs to "airporters" or "airport shuttles."
