I've never seen anyone show a prepaid voucher. Most or all people pay cash. They do make change if they can. If enough people have given them two dollar bills as part of their payment, they'll be able to, but if everyone gives them two twenties and expects $18 back, it clearly won't work. So yes, it's better to take the correct cash amount.

I'm not certain but l don't think they operate that way. I'd take $22 cash for each person just in case. They don't provide change.
