Buying a Ticket for Primus for New Years Eve and wanted to know if I buy a Balcony ticket will I still be able to go onto the floor? Tried calling the theater a few times with no one answering. Thank you.

Nope. Your ticket has to say floor to access it. Since its new years, they may give out wristbands to control who goes up and down.
