I work there. Unless your ticket indicates that it is a seated show it is standing room standing-room-only, first come first-serve. There are always a few seats along a railing near the center of the room near the mixer. Those are also first come first serve. If you are looking for a seat I recommend buying a balcony seat so you are guaranteed to be able to sit down during the performance. Be aware however that these seats are further away from the stage then the standing room only main floor tickets.
The sound on the main floor is better than in the mezzanine seating. Even if it is standing room only it is still desirable to be on the main level. I am a tall guy and I find the balcony seating to be tight. I believe it is the original seating and people were small back then. If you do have main floor tickets you might find someone out front who would want to trade.
It's general admission for the floor. But their are seated seats in the lodge and balcony
Nope. It's standing, wherever you can find space
Additionally there is plenty of standing in the balcony, so buying closer to the front is advised for any shows with enthusiastic fans.
All floor tickets are first come first serve standing room only, there are a few chairs at tables but those aren't reserved for anyone.
