As Nancy mentioned, no reservations, but, The Den is open well before the doors for the theater, so you can grab a drink or two and some food, and wait for the doors to the theater to open. They will take your ticket at the entrance to The Den, and no in and outs, so once you are in the Den you are there until the show is over
