Nope, there are on occasion a speaker, for that yes. 99.99% of the time no reservation required. It's a $15 car load, as in whether it's just you or 5 people including yourself in one car, it's $15 parking fee and the museums are free. If you want to do both the Center and the Villa in one day, the Villa requires a reservation. It's a smaller place and they only let a number of people in a day. I would suggest picking a later time. Go to the Center, pay the parking fee, then go the concierge counter and let them know that you are going to the Villa after, and they will give you pass so that you will only pay for parking once. Enjoy!
