The Getty Center of the 405 doesn't require reservations. It's free entrance. Just pay 15 dollars parking. Now the Getty Villa Does require on line reservations. They are both great places to visit and very worth your time.

The Getty Villa requires you to register in the website to get the free tickets while Getty Center does not. Both charge $15 for parking - $10 after 3pm. I heard you could get free parking for the other if you visit within the same day. But ask the info desk of this is true. Hope you enjoy your visit like we did!
Getty Center does not require reservation. However, Getty Villa does require reservation which can be obtained online only.

The restaurant at the Getty requires reservations. The cafe does not.
No reservations needed for the Getty. Parking is $15. Entry to the museum is free.
I went to the Getty Villa a couple of months ago and had no tickets/reservation, but by seeing the other answers I'm thinking mine was an unusual case or something.
