I pay 1000,for a two bedroom flat. All apts are two bedroom and are ruffly a 1000.(at this writing). Nice place,dog area,laundry, work out room,pool,sauna.
I currently pay $895 for a 1 bedroom not sure if it's gone up sinse that was my contract as of October
