Mangement is nice. Haven't had any rudeness from them. However- i have complained a few times about my neighbors arguing 24/7 and it doesn't seem like anythings been done. I have trash around my apartment all the time. I constantly have people parking in my assigned parking spot(and Mangement didnt do anything about it) and im constantly having thing stolen from outside my patio. Oh and good luck calling security. They changed recently and now security is only a night time thing. And they STILL dont pick up their phone. Only redeeming thing is the price of rent itself. 1 bed 1 bath for 1160 a month.

Terrible management that made us pay for new carpet because the warranty was almost up and they didn’t want to pay for it themselves. Everything is falling apart, which they will then charge you for when you move out even though you left it in the same condition Neighbors were awful and would file noise complaints against us when we weren’t even home. Maintenance never actually came to fix anything, and said they did without them getting permission to enter our unit. They covered all the mold with paint and when we complained about it they said there was “nothing they could do” By far the worst place I’ve lived in Eugene. Please do not move here.

Lived here for 1.5 years with my wife in a one bedroom (not renovated). Monthly Rate was $795 for rent, $40 for utilties, and electricity was through Springfield Utility Board and averaged $45. Rent insurance is required and cost us $10 a month from Farmers Insurance. Never had any complaints except one time someone took our spot on accident. Lots of work being done to this place, all for the better. Interior is nice but kitchen cabinets are garbage. Dishwasher was old and the fridge is small. Bathroom is huge and nice. Management is good and getting better. Landscape is great and they definitely keep things clean and looking good. However, if you're home during the days they do yardwork, and depending on the apartment you get, it can be noisy. Great location with lots of places nearby. We had to break our second 12 month lease due to job/location change and it was expensive, so I recommend avoiding that. Great first apartment!

Great place to live for an affordable price. I lived in these apartments for two years, and recommend them. The apartments are older and it shows, but they are in the process of updating them. The grounds are always kept up and clean. Living alone off of Gateway made me feel uneasy at first, but I never once felt unsafe living here. The management is professional and personable. Every time I dropped rent I was greeted by name, how they remember everyone still impresses me. Any time I had a work order, the maintenance took care of it promptly. The one complaint I would have was in the summer when sugar ants would invade my kitchen. Management is aware of the problem and quickly sent out Swanson's to spray. After a little while the ants disappeared. Within a month of my move out date I received my security deposit check, less the carpet cleaning fee which I expected. My experience with Gateway Village is overall positive and I recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, quiet place to live.

How much is the deposit and application fee

Gateway Village | Aug 22, 2019

The deposit ranges between $250-750. We determine that based on the outcome of the screening. The application fee is currently $35 per occupant, and any occupant 18 or older would need to apply and be screened. Please feel free to call and discuss this more!

Hi so the best way to get in contact with them is to physically come in to the main office. They have someone there on Saturdays. If you cant make it in then I recommend a phone call to the office.
