The parking lot below the falls is more accessible for people to walk the trail. If you park at the top where the Falls are you have to climb down the hill face it's not impossible but you will need help to go down safely. At the bottom of the falls there are grinding holes in the rocks where the Tataviam Native people used to mash their acorns. It's an awesome site to see. People normally walk pass them and don't even notice them.
There is parking in a lot off of the street. Some cars park on the street near the top of the falls but there is a parking lot to enter at the lower area.
