I absolutely loved Gibbons Conservation Center! It was a wonderful experience where you can learn important characteristics and qualities of the gibbons here. The ones they have are beautiful and wonderful creatures with a wide range of personalities and what theyโ€™re doing here for them is amazing. Shoutout to them all singing during the tour (theyโ€™re quite loud ๐Ÿ˜†), lead by Pepper herself!

The tour guide was amazing, it was very educational as well as awe-inspiring when all the gibbons began their โ€œsong.โ€ All the gibbons were fascinating to observe and all clearly had their own personalities, so each enclosure was a different experience. I love the work they do here and supporting this place!

Definitely make sure that you come for the 10am tour! Lots of information that is both interesting and surprising to learn about the gibbons housed here. Also, if you get there when it opens, you'll get treated to the chorus of gibbons song! Such a neat experience. Not to be missed.

Amazing place! So many gibbon apes and so cool to see them up close. Weโ€™ve been going for 10 years. If going on a tour go before 10am to hear the gibbons sing for breakfast. And every Motherโ€™s Day weekend they have a breakfast with the gibbons fundraiser that is a canโ€™t miss. Great for families and kids and totally worth the drive!

There is no giraffe at this location.

Do they allow us to touch/hold the monkeys?

Hussain Peeran | Aug 23, 2019

You are not allowed to touch them. Additionally, it becomes very loud with their noises when they have been fed and small children may get scared. This conservation needs assistance so please donate if you are able.
