This macys was a crazy experience for me I wanted to pay with my macys card the associate said to enter my social security # I said no I have my card right here and she kept insisting to enter my ss# very shady. She was rude and very pushy I ended paying with my debit card and she "canceled the transaction” said I did something but my bank approved and processed the transaction I showed them that the transaction had gone through and she would not let me take the merchandise even though she charge my card … any ways manager was called and both managers Luzy and lee said and assured me the transaction had been canceled BUT It WASNT the charge still went through and they said to call the bank and dispute the charge ??? Really? Bank didn’t do it your associate did something shady and transaction was charged twice just horrible experience and no help from them (MACYS) at all .

The worst Customer Service. I lost money and they won't give me any refund, credit or money back. I have been a loyal customer since 1990. I have purchased so many jewelries, beddings, clothings and others. I've spent so much money on this store. Macy's was always my go to store...BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!! I'M NO LONGER BUYING FROM THIS STORE!!! PLEASE WATCH OUT! THEY RIP YOU OFF, PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENTS!!! I'M SERIOUS , PLEASE DON'T TRUST MACY'S!!!! AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , calling 800 number is useless and waste of time!!!

Visited this Macy's last week to purchase my foundation from MAC. There was nobody working at the MAC booth, so I found the foundation on my own. My partner was looking at sunglasses at the area next to the MAC store with three employees standing around together and was not offered assistance from any of them. I approached the ladies to ask if I could purchase the foundation with them, as there is nobody at MAC. I was told I would be able to purchase it if I walked to one of the other beauty counters. I walked past all beauty counters looking for assistance. Almost made it to the exit and finally found someone to ask for assistance with my purchase. Definitely lacking in customer service.

Very nice, spacious and open Macy's. You can find most of what you would expect at a Macys. Makeup, mens, women's and kids clothing and more. There's a Starbucks inside, and easy free parking outside.
