I've been a patient here for years and years and I can't say I've ever had a good experience. If you need medical help with anything at all, SCVMC doctors will blatantly ignore messages (patients are unable to call doctors offices directly). I've gone through many doctors like this. And forget trying to get an appointment or test results or surgery or medication. Makes me wonder how many people have died because SCVMC doctors don't want to do their jobs... like at all. Not even bare minimum.

One of the WORST clinic’s I have ever been to!! Instead of receiving the care an help I sought out for my children. I was discriminated against an a violation of HIPAA when staff felt it was okay to discuss my children medical condition at the front desk among themselves not aware that my husband was there waiting in the lobby an overheard everything! Not only that! But because I refused to take their “ opinion “ an choose to leave to seek advice else where I had CPS called on me for no longer wishing to discuss my children condition with them. If they had cared so much an were concerned with my children well being why was the medication they needed not prescribed? Why were we left to wait in a room for almost an hour after expressing my child fever was reaching an alarming elevated temperature which could cause another seizure! Stay clear from this hospital if you are truly in need for help seek help else where! Disgusted by these community college doctors. Do better!

This East Valley Clinic is part of the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. I've been a member for over ten years and always prefer going there for most all medical needs. My general practitioner is so helpful, warm and educated. His vast medical knowledge is a reflection of the clinic itself. It has a pharmacy on site and I have never waited more than 15 minutes getting a prescription filled. They have taken all the Covid-19 safety precautions to ensure the safety of it's clients.

I got a COVID test appointment there for my 6-year daughter. We were there around 7:30 due to it’s supposed to open at 8am. I’m begging the staff (seems Asia Vietnam man, height around 6’) if we could have the test once it’s open. I know my appointment is 4pm but I briought my daughter early on 7am just to do not bother other people. Actually no one in line waiting at this time. I’m begging and hope he could understand that I worry about my daughter who vomited 2 times last night. I just hope she could get test quickly and be safe. This staff was so mean to ask me go away and said my daughter need emergency not a test. What a rude guy I never ever met in US. What a shame on him! How could a medical place hiring this kind of mean staff. No helpful, no kindness, even no heart.
