Just bought a new mattress. Store staff helped me find one quick. It was delivered the next day. Delivery, setup, and taking away the old mattress took only 3 minutes. Super fast service.

Purchased a bed but they were conveniently unable to deliver when I was at home. Delivery could ‘only’ take place when no one was there. How interesting. When you purchase an item it cannot be delivered when you will be home. So, again they conveniently had a VIP delivery which costs $100. Free delivery now became $100. In addition, they could not deliver it on the same day even for the VIP $100. So I paid for an extra day in a hotel. The cost of the bed. Plus $100 extra. Plus an extra night in a hotel. I was a fool plain and simple. Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery/business practice. Will never buy from nor recommend this store to anyone again. Order from Amazon. Delivery is much more efficient.

Ordered this bed on the phone with Mancini's. It helped that I new exactly what I wanted because we already own this same bed, also purchased from Mancini's several years ago. We are planning to put both in the same room with a bedside table between them. It arrived quickly and the install was smooth.
