My husband and I went there for early brunch(around 10) on Sunday. It was crowded but there was no waiting. The meal was very good and the service was very good as well.

The original and the best Bills is a great place to eat. You can even bring your dog and eat on the patio. Be prepared for a busy restaurant, but they get you seated quickly and service is just wonderful. ( Thank you Erik!!!) Its little wonder they won best of year after year. We love you Bill's! Stop in if you're in the heart of silicon Valley. Willow Glen location is the best, but they're all great.

I always judge a breakfast place off their chicken fried steak and eggs and their service. I got the chicken fried steak and eggs with jack cheese. Usually good fried steak you can cut with a fork, this one you couldn't, and the gravy was way too sweet. The potatoes and eggs were pretty good, but the toast was too dry. I liked the old diner feel, and the bustle of the place, but that also turned down the service. We kept asking for refills and for items, had to ask multiple times. The only reason this place is a 4 star for me is because of the atmosphere, otherwise it's be knocked to a 3.

Little disappointed with the check in experience, however, we'll serviced and it was delicious food. Parking is little difficult and their lot don't have much space, specially when delivery guy take two spot to get the food and leave. Front staff do make exception for their friends if not in list but after 1.2 hrs you be seated. She made a little discriminatory act for offer the other kids a free hot chocolate. Not hungry for the hot chocolate but do respect equality. Overal, Awesome waiter and very respectful to party and kids. Well serviced and always available. Coffee cup didn't sit empty for longer than 1 min. Thank you for the experience. Note to management: Improve your pick up spot and have staff to bring the food to curbside, instead of having them take spot of dining customer.

Tables are kept at safe distance, Waiters wear mask all the time, but at the table most people keep it off.
