I understand that, it is normal. But that your food is incomplete and wrong late ... Then another family arrives and is immediately taken care of, drinks and food all together, good for them but and what are we waiting for !!

I don't think that they have a vegan menu as they use eggs milk, cheese, etc. If you're a true vegan these wouldn't be in your diet.
