That's a good question. I can't answer it outright, but I have noted that it doesn't have a strong odor, nor a recognizable smell (like Lysol or Pine Sol). It may be one made of natural, environmentally safe ingredients. It's best that you call & speak with a manager if your child is allergic, though. As a courtesy to parents with similar concerns, maybe even share what you learn here. Hope you & your child are able to visit & enjoy WPL soon! Edit 8-11-2018: I asked today & they use something called "Whatever" with natural ingredients.
