No the restaurant is set back from the area best seen. But it's a good place to eat and grab a to go coffee and walk out to the boardwalk and watch the beautiful parade!

No, but it's a great place to grab a bite before the parade. The patio is dog friendly.
Love this restaurant but no view of the boat parade. If you plan to attend the parade, parking is tough. Plan to arrive early or if that is not possible, plan to park in walking distance and get some exercise. Good luck!
