This location CONSISTENTLY gives me hot, soggy, unseasoned garbage… I mean fries. They are gross and it makes you kinda upset when you’re spending 5 bucks on a little thing of fries. They also jack up the prices apparently. Go to the one in San Juan Cap. I will now just avoid this location like the plague.

Two of the four flat screen menu displays behind the counter were broken, showing the LG "no signal" message. No one was behind the counter and it took a few minutes for someone to come back and give me the code for the restroom. I think the code on the restroom detracts from the experience, but perhaps it reduces cleaning time. Like most fast food establishments in 2022 the McDonald's in Dana point is understaffed. Other than that, the food was standard and the order was correct.

Disappointment and I have tried time and time again. My daughter absolutely loves McDonald’s hash browns and for her 10th birthday, I got up early to our closest McDonald’s to get her hash browns with the deluxe breakfast. I was so excited that she’d be surprised for her big double-digits. She was so happy to learn she was getting a “special breakfast” with her favorite. Alas, upon opening her McDonald’s bag - no hash browns. The ONE thing she wanted out of that whole purchase. I don’t leave negative reviews, but this really sucked. I should have known since every time I have gone to this branch in the past, they have often forgotten to include requested or ordered items.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I can understand if there's difficulties with the headsets and the drive thru screen is not working. But to drive forward, give the manager your order, and the kitchen staff continue making your order incorrect is nothing short of terrible service. We pulled up, got our drinks, and were asked to park. I thought this logical, to give them time to correct the meals. Nope! Ten seconds later, we were brought 2 bags with 3 incorrect and poorly made sandwiches, no sauce, no napkins, and the guy who brought them out bolted back inside without saying hardly a word to us. Straighten out your crew.

So all of your reviews involve the restaurants telling you not to make a mess and then kicking you out. Pretty sure the problem isnt the restaurants.
