Are we able to have a gathering of about 50 people for a memorial service with a tent for shading during the pandemic?

I ONLY/possibly do zoom memorial's

The parking will be an issue

There were several small gatherings of about 15 at most but I did not see any kind of enforcement of any rules. I saw none posted either, so the only issue might be real estate as it's not that large of a park.
