Officially it is a "on leash park" That's what all the signs say but it is very dog friendly and lots of dogs are running around off leash.
Look like off the leash when i was there, but i didn't see any signs...most dogs were running leash free....nice park

Most of the dogs I see there are technically on leashes, they're just dragging them around. I ended up with several dogs in my lap last time I was there.
dont take a chance off leash. i have seen tickets given.
Most dogs sre off leash but if poli r come by it could be a 250 dollar fine
