I think they receive product on Wednesdays ( don't quote me,lol) so, for me, Thursdays are always good! I find early afternoon is the best time.
I run into stocking issues especially if you go in the evening. Especially on produce, so I usually go in the mornings as soon as they open at 8 a.m. on any day of the week. Weekdays are especially easy to get in and out of. The weekends are a little more busy.
They restock throughout the day. I go at all days and times and have rarely run into a low stock problem.
