Always try Horton plaza...parking or Headquarters shopping parking - Horton plaza is at least covered in hot weather.
We parked at seaport village and walked over.
They have a basement parking which is just $10.
There's parking in the museum, but it usually fills up fast, there is a Parking lot in the open next to the park, last time I went they charge me 5dlls for 12 hrs
If you don't want to walk very far at all there is a parking lot under the museum. If you don't mind a little walk there is sometimes street parking available. Either way get there early.

Get there early and park on the street. Otherwise its smack downtown, so your going to pay for parking no mattet what and there are a variety of paid parking areas around there. But early bird gets the worm.
Free to park on the roads around there on a Sunday. If not they have a parking lot on another day. It's central so you won't have an issue
