Tried calling. Got busy signal over and over. Wanted information as to who to contact to lodge complaint regarding health dept harassing small businesses and restaurants with no definite proof they are responsible for spread of covid. I guess they must all be out doing the harassing so took phone off the hook. Like sheep taking direction from the tyrant. Wish they'd get a backbone.

I don't believe they do, however they can refer you a site that does.
