Do not go here for anything more than buying rims. I went in for a simple bushing replacement and air-intake install. Now I'm replacing both control arms and bushings because no one in the shop knew they needed to be pressed in and to include the sleeve that came with the bushings. Customer service was non-existent but incompetence was front and centered. The next steps are in the process.

Found a set of rims on FB marketplace and found out they had a local shop not too far from me. As soon as I walked in I was in shock to see how crazy their shop was full of JDM goodness and aftermarket stuff. Thomas and his crew set me up with a nice set of rims and tires for an unbeatable price. I honestly would’ve paid nearly double somewhere else at a franchise tire/wheel shop. I picked out my wheels one day and had them installed the next day in an hour. Great work and honest guys to do business with. Highly recommend for anyone with an import car to stop by and check them out!

Where do I start, I went in to take my wheels to get powder coated, everything went well paid half of my transaction, said the wheels would be ready in a week. A week passes by and no call from them (duringThanksgiving, understandable), I finally receive a call 2 weeks later in the morning saying that the wheels were ready and just needed to be mounted give or take an hour they said, told them to let me know no call back whatsoever, called to see if my wheels were mounted, the guy told me the guy that mounts the wheels won’t be there til later, I said sure I’ll go tomorrow. I give them a call said they weren’t ready. The next day I go weather or not mounted just wanting my wheels. I go and see my wheels everything looks fine, guy tells me to check it out everything seem fine and in good conditions, asks if there is anything else, I was like yes my tires? his response was oh you ordered tires, I said no it already had tires, my friend points out my tires and says those are it, guy goes to double check and yes those are my tires, again ask if there is anything else I was like yes my center caps, he was like you had center caps? At this point I was just over it. I go in to pay the rat of the amount, hands me the full price of the powder coat (I had payed half when i dropped them off) he was like oh yeah right(felt like they wanted to scam me). I left without my center caps that day, said they’d call me. Same day go straight to mount them drop them off, get a call 30 minutes later telling me one of my wheels is cracked. Couldn’t of been during the trip because crack was powder coated over already. I go back the next day telling them like hey there’s a crack, his response was, “I told you to check it”, we did but was at night and could not see well. I asked him why is there a crack when they had charged me extra for repair on each of the wheels. All he said was i told you to check it. As we’re discussing about my wheels his boss walks in and immediately notices there’s a conflict, he tells me right away, that when the wheels came in after the powder coat it was already cracked, now that is super shady, and the receptionist was lien to us the whole time, was super frustrating because they were being shady and trying to scam me. Later the boss says what they can do is seal the crack for me, and that they’d give me a call the same day, this was on saturday already on the 2 week of them wasting my time and having my wheels. Few days pass they never call me, call on thursday (3 weeks of them having my wheel), ask for an update on the wheel and said the repair guy came just to take a look at it, ask my wheel is still at their storage (not repair shop) they said yes, at this point I’m done with them and just go pick up my wheel. This guys are SHADY, DISHONEST, and SUPER DISORGANIZED, Wish I could put 0 stars.

Dishonest and shady. Period. Ordered a body kit bumper cover for my car, completed transaction then a few days later got an email from one of their employees telling me the shipping cost would be approximately $110USD more than what I had already paid for so I asked for a refund instead. 4 business days later I still hadn't gotten any sort of acknowledgement that I wanted a refund nor had i gotten the refund. After calling one evening to be told the only person that could help me wasn't there and to call the next day, and then calling that next day just to be told by a seemingly hateful receptionist (because I asked for Arthur, instead of Arnold) that he "um, had to leave early today" I'm left with no other option but to try to warn others to stay away from these people if you expect honesty or good customer service. And it's not like I don't know what those things are, I've been in the automotive industry for over 10 years.

Theres a shop called independent cartune right behind pann auto. They do car maintenance and aftermarket installs. Ask for justin or jeff
