I noticed their is a primitive campsite at Doane Pond Campground. If staying their for that evening, where can you park? Is their a trailhead near by to park and hike in? Do you pay the $10 car fee and park at park entrance?

There are campground fees & designated campsites & plenty of parking next to the pond. Enjoy your outing.

There is a parking lot in front of Doane pond and a trail to the campsite. Check in with the Ranger base for questions about overnight camping.
