I’ll never forget, when lake Cuyamaca burned,.. My 6th gd camping trip (I'm 30 now) got switched to Here. We were initially bummed but once we arrived having no clue where we were going(Was just a kid) lol But we were the only class lucky enough to have went here.. The Stars are amazing while laying in that fieid at night.. We had 100/200 6th grade kids out there..We all brought our sleeping bags, for "storytme" And we learned about every star in the sky! I would love to visit or show my family this awesome place.. Everyone that worked there has their own unique personality and reason for why they love what they do everyday. Very passionate staff

Great food and really nice hospitality. I went with my Senior class as a retreat and we really enjoyed ourselves.

DO NOT TAKE NATE HARRISON ROAD if you ARE A BUS, OR if YOU DONT HAVE AN OFF ROAD TYPE VEHICLE. Unless you really desire adventure. It turns into a dirt road with some tight corners, and steep Drops The conference center is one of the best facilities in Southern California, it provides Churches women's groups, men's, groups, youth groups an opportunity to retreat and rejuvenate and grow together I. Their mission to change themselves and their communities in their area. They also Host Para church groups such as intervarsity for different trainings and retreats. They have some traditional science camps for private Christian schools as well as summer camps and programs that run during the summer. It is able to meet the needs of medium size groups about 360 beds, for church's, and the max for science camps will peak at about a hundred, individual campers needs can also be met through, horse camp adventure camp, as well as base and launch camp. during summer. Lives are changed at camp, I am a bit biased as I have been a part of Palomar in some way for the last decade. The best part of Palomar is the staff and the culture they create we are here to serve. Quick edit if your GPS tells you to go up the Nate Harrison Road it is not a well maintained road be careful or ask for another route I believe up the S Six grade is best.

I believe you can book online, if your don't want to make the trip up and be disappointed. I live near the space and it is hit or miss on weekend. If you can come during the week there is usually space. If you book at the location and no one is at the station you will have to pay cash. The trout at the pond are lively the past couple vod days if that peaked your interest.
